Dr. Daniel Lampart has been an attorney at AGS Legal's Office in Frankfurt since 2020.
Dr. Lampart specializes in advising his national and international clients in all aspects of construction, engineering and real estate law, especially commercial tenancy law. In addition, he advises clients on in-court and out-of-court disputes. Regarding the handling of disputes Dr. Lampart focuses again in the field of construction and real estate law. In this connection he moreover advises on white-collar crime, especially in connection with tax compliance and criminal tax law.
Dr. Lampart studied law in Heidelberg with a focus on tax law. After completing his studies, he worked for several years as a research assistant at the Institute for Finance and Tax Law at the University of Heidelberg headed by Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Paul Kirchhof. During his work, Dr. Lampart completed his doctor degree about a financial constitutional law topic.
Following this and before joining AGS Legal, Dr. Lampart was employed in the real estate division of an international law firm in Munich.
