Jan Schlüter

Jan Schlüter joined the Frankfurt office of AGS Legal as an attorney in 2021. His practice focuses on internal investigations, representation of individuals and companies regarding matters of white-collar crime as well as directors and officers (D&O) liability. Mr. Schlüter has relevant experience in complex, cross-border investigations involving a variety of issues, including corruption, fraud and embezzlement, as well as other issues posing major financial and reputational risks.

Prior to joining AGS Legal, Mr. Schlüter worked as an attorney in the Investigations & White Collar Defense practice group of a major U.S. law firm. He also gained in-house experience during a client secondment with the Corporate Compliance & Legal Affairs Team at a globally leading industry company based in Germany. During his clerkship, Mr. Schlüter worked for international law firms in Frankfurt am Main and Washington D.C..
