David Kappel

David Kappel is an attorney and salary partner in the Frankfurt office of AGS Legal, specializing in litigation. He represents clients from the industrial, healthcare, banking and real estate sectors in complex commercial disputes in and out of court as well as in arbitration proceedings, regularly advising on questions of contract interpretation and damages claims based on deficiency of products, delay or other breach of contract.

Another key area of David is advising companies that have become victims of white-collar crimes or negligent misconduct. This covers the investigation of complex criminal cases as well as the pursuance of civil damages claims against the perpetrators often combined with attachment proceedings and comprehensive enforcement activity.

Before joining AGS Legal, David Kappel worked for over 15 years in the litigation and arbitration practice of an international commercial law firm in Frankfurt am Main.
