Profile

Burkard Lotz is an attorney and has been a partner at the Frankfurt office of AGS Legal since 2015. He was an in-house counsel for international business in the Legal department of Philipp Holzmann AG from 1982 to 1986 before establishing the law firm of Lotz & Partner in 1987. He specializes in national and international construction law, arbitration and commercial law.

Burkard Lotz regularly advises developers, investors and contractors about carrying out construction and plant engineering projects. He represents clients in negotiating and drafting contracts, asserting their rights and defending against claims in court. He represents parties in arbitration proceedings and serves as an arbitrator himself.
