Aileen Kelzenberg

Ms. Kelzenberg has been practicing law at the Frankfurt office of AGS Legal since 2026. She advises her domestic and international clients primarily in the areas of construction, plant engineering, and real estate. Her practice includes providing advice throughout the construction process, drafting contracts, and handling both in-court and out-of-court dispute resolution. In addition, Ms. Kelzenberg provides advisory services in the area of white-collar crime.

Ms. Kelzenberg studied law at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, specializing in criminal procedure with a required elective in criminology. As part of her legal clerkship, she completed her clerkship at a large international law firm, where she practiced private construction law.
